iPad7,12 Firmware Guide

The iPad7,12 is one of the models supported here, and this page lists every firmware build Apple has released for it, both signed and unsigned. Signed builds are the versions you can currently restore or update to through standard tools like Finder or iTunes, since Apple is still cryptographically verifying them. Unsigned builds, on the other hand, are kept here mainly for reference or for downgrading, which only works if your device’s baseband and hardware still support that particular version. Every download link on this page goes straight through to Apple’s own servers, so the file you get is exactly what Apple originally published, with nothing repackaged or altered along the way. If you’re not sure which build you need, checking your current version in Settings first will help you pick the right one.
